The apartments

The villa is divided into 16 independent apartments different from each other in size, colors, furnishings and atmosphere. Warm and welcoming, they have kept some original elements unaltered such as the terracotta floors and vintage tiles, the frescoed ceilings in the residential area of the villa, the parquet floors and wooden beams.

They overlook the green of the park, the church or the swimming pool.

The apartments have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The large double bedroom allows you to add a baby bed. The bathroom has a shower.

The apartments have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds or with a French bed. The three-room apartment number 16 has an additional single sofa bed and can accommodate up to 7 guests. All bathrooms have a shower.

The apartments are located on the first floor and they have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and a double sofa bed. Three bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a French bed on the entrance level and one with a double bed on the upper floor) or two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a French bed) and a mezzanine area open to the living room with one single bed and one French bed.

Both apartments have two bathrooms with shower and a balcony or terrace.

All apartments on ground or first floor have a balcony, terrace or private and furnished outdoor area.

The apartments on the second floor (attic and three-room apartment with turret) have a reserved table, chairs and beach umbrella in the internal courtyard.

Well-behaved and tame dogs of small and medium size are allowed (€ 7.00 per night / dog), maximum two dogs per apartment. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Always inform us in advance if you bring a dog.

The tourist tax is not included: €1,00 per person from 14 years / night.
