Villa Santa Caterina welcomes guests from spring to the end of October. Prices vary according to the period and always include air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and water.
The prices are per apartment per day and are valid for the whole 2023.
Depending on the period and on the apartment it is possible to check-in any day of the week or only on Fridays/Saturdays and the minimum stay varies from 4 to 7 nights.
Minimum stays are constantly updated on our booking portal according to availability.

As there is no 24-hour reception and we are not always present on site, please let us know your estimated arrival time.
Any arrivals and departures beyond the normal check-in/check-out times must be agreed in advance according to availability and may involve an extra fee.
If we won't be at the villa at your arrival, you will receive in advance all the information you need to access the apartment independently and easily.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.
To confirm the reservation, the payment of 30% of the rental amount is required. The balance will be due 30 days before check-in.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, the amount due for confirmation is 100% of the rental cost.
All the apartments on ground or first floor have a balcony, terrace or private and furnished outdoor area.
The apartments on the second floor (attic and three-room apartment with turret) have a reserved table, chairs and beach umbrella in the internal courtyard.
All three-room and four-room apartments have a dishwasher.
Well-behaved and tame dogs of small and medium size are allowed (€7.00 per night / dog), maximum two dogs per apartment. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Please inform us if you want to bring a dog.
The tourist tax is not included: €1.00 per person from 14 years / night, due in cash.
Included services:
Bed linen and towels can be brought from home, but if you wish to rent them you must inform us at least a week before your arrival.
If you need a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance.
